Let's talk about your plant

Request a demo, or ask how DynamicPlantMesh fits the equipment and systems you have. Either way, one email starts it.

Request a demo

One email is all it takes

The buttons open a prefilled message in your mail client. Fill in the blanks and we prepare a demo that looks like your plant, not a generic one.

Request a demo

The prefilled email asks for:

  • Company
  • Plant / site
  • Historian in use
  • Equipment protocols (OPC-UA / OPC classic DA / MQTT / other)
  • Preferred time for a call (SAST)

Times are in SAST. We reply with a proposed slot and a short list of what we would like to see beforehand.

Integrator or IT question?

The integration email asks for:

  • Historian / data sources
  • Equipment and protocols
  • Identity provider (native / Microsoft Entra ID)
  • Integration needs (REST, MCP, other)

What happens next

From first call to live plant

No build project: you configure a plant solution on DynamicPlantMesh; you do not build one.

  1. Discovery call

We walk through your plant, your equipment protocols and the questions your team asks most. You tell us what a first win looks like.

  2. Configure one area together

We install DynamicPlantMesh with its historian backend, connect a first set of equipment and configure dashboards, trends and KPIs for one area together with your engineers.

  3. Go live on a scoped pilot

Your team goes live on that area with a configured solution and owns the KPI maths from day one. No software release stands between an engineer and a changed KPI.

FAQ

Questions we hear first

Does it replace my historian?

DynamicPlantMesh ships with its own historian backend on a relational database. Equipment and systems connect to it through OPC-UA, OPC classic DA and MQTT v5, and other tools read from it through governed REST APIs and MCP.

Can it run on-premise?

Yes. The platform installs on Windows hosts at the plant, with the historian database beside it. The assistants run through DBS Invenio, which can be deployed with models hosted on your own infrastructure — ask about the local-model option for your deployment.

Which equipment does it connect to?

OPC-UA servers, legacy OPC classic DA servers via COM interop, and anything that speaks MQTT v5 to the embedded broker.

Who changes the KPI maths?

Your own engineers. KPIs, event triggers and calculated traces are expressions authored in the app — no software release required.

Is the AI mandatory?

No. Every AI feature stays off until it is explicitly enabled and configured, and the rest of the platform works without it.

About Dynamic Build Systems

Dynamic Build Systems

Dynamic Build Systems is a South Africa-based software company. We build DynamicPlantMesh, the plant analytics platform, and DBS Invenio, the AI platform behind its in-app assistants.

We work with production-site deployments in process industries, alongside the engineers who run them, and we measure ourselves on a configured pilot in one area, not a build project.
